    The hair became dry

    This didn't work at all for my hair. It became dry and it didn't help against dandruff. Note that I don't have much dandruff.

      Hey Andrèa 🌸 It's hard to know what it could be about when you don't know hair type etc., but here are some tips to try 😀 Use a moisturizing conditioner or leave-in product after shampooing. Limit use to 2-3 times/week and use a milder shampoo in between. Try Neccin No.3, which is more moisturizing but still treatment-oriented. Combine with a hair mask 1-2 times/week to restore moisture balance.
