Split ends
The first time I used it, my hair became soft, beautiful, and shiny. The second time I used it, I had just trimmed my ends and wanted my hair to be a bit extra shiny to show off my new hairstyle, but for some reason, it seems to have given me a lot of split ends, not just split once, some strands were split three times. I don't know what happened since I've never had problems with split ends before and had just cut my hair. Recommendation
I have used this for a decade and can't find any color that resembles pearl blonde since it was discontinued. I contacted the company which recommended Schwarzkopf icy vanilla and Natural and Easy 533. I have also tried Garnier 10.1 which was recommended here in another thread, but unfortunately, all are too yellow and do not give the same soft feel, leaving the hair rough.
