    Dries out and caused severe bags under the eyes.

    I've never experienced a worse reaction. After three days of use, I've gotten dry and terrible bags under my eyes. 😱 Looks awful. Don't buy! I hope it gets better with moisturizer and serum.

I really understand that it feels uncomfortable when the skin around the eyes is affected in that way. The skin around the eyes is extra thin and sensitive, and therefore it can react even to mild products. Here are some general tips that might be good to keep in mind when removing eye makeup, regardless of the product: -Use a cotton pad moistened with remover and place it on the eye for a few seconds to loosen the makeup – that way you can avoid rubbing. -Avoid rubbing or pulling at the skin around the eyes, as this can irritate and contribute to swelling and bags. -Feel free to rinse with some lukewarm water afterwards, and moisturize with a mild eye cream or serum. Pause use if you experience irritation, and feel free to consult a skin therapist or doctor if the issues persist. Now only use soothing products that you know your skin likes.
