    Nozzle or production error on the bottle

    The product itself was good, smells nice and gives good results. However, it seems that either air has gotten in or there was a mistake in production because now for the second time I tried to use it, it doesn't work. The liquid inside doesn't become solid or what you should say, but is still liquid no matter how much you shake it. There is no improvement even though I cleaned the nozzle myself or changed the nozzle because I first thought there was product stuck in the nozzle, but nothing helped. Unfortunately, it gets a bad rating from me since it couldn't be used more than once.
