The shampoo and conditioner were hyped up. They did not meet expectations, had to use a lot of shampoo to get good foam, better on the second wash, but used a lot of shampoo. Unfortunately, the conditioner didn’t improve the hair either. It became dry after washing instead of the promised softness. This was 600 kr down the drain, and as an inner circle customer, I had to send an email because the package didn’t arrive, which didn’t improve the experience. The products eventually arrived.
