    Disappointed

    I was ready and ordered this when it was launched, and received an order confirmation at 09:02. I waited and waited, but nothing came. I eventually contacted customer service and was told that it had been lost in the mail and therefore had to be considered lost, and that a refund had been processed. According to helthjem's pages, the package was reported on its way and the tracking would be updated as soon as the package arrived at their terminal. Something that apparently never happened. I am therefore disappointed because I didn't get to try out these products.

    Feeling cheated

    I simply feel cheated. I hadn't realized what it contained until I found out when it was going to be released. So I got super stressed and ended up in line. I managed to order it. When I saw what it contained, I was disappointed (the contents weren't made public until just before it was released, right?) Even more disappointed and feeling cheated I became when a Xmas special was released the day after with much more content and value. (it contained several products that I use and products that I want) Therefore, it will be a return for me.

    Best serum

    Best serum I have ever tried. Struggling with dry hair, but since I started using this, my hair has become very soft and shiny. It also smells really good. I have almost used up 1 bottle, so I have already bought 2 more because I don't want to run out. Highly recommended!
