Healthy scalp
A serum that I spray on my scalp. No negative opinions about the spray. I have used it almost every day for two weeks. I have used all the other products from the series on the days I washed my hair. I think I see a big improvement regarding my scalp health. The hair doesn’t get greasy as quickly, and the scalp doesn’t get flaky as it tends to do for me if I let too many days pass between washes. But whether it’s the scalp serum or the shampoo that has increased the days between washes, I can’t really tell. The series is best used together for the best results. Based on having used other serums specifically for the scalp, this one is so far the best as it doesn’t contribute to a greasier scalp at all! Fun! Light and doesn’t weigh down. However, I miss more shine.
Used it after washing with shampoo and conditioner from the same series. I think it gives a suitable amount of spray when used. I find the hair easy to comb. Doesn’t weigh the hair down. The first few times I used the product, I felt the hair became full, better volume, etc. But I experienced a feeling of roughness that I didn’t want. So for this, at the third time, I tried adding another leave-in from Redken for increased softness and shine. But I think this can reduce my split ends in length, and I use it continuously. Doesn't weigh down
Used the conditioner for about 2.5 weeks along with the other products from the series. Moderately thick consistency. I find the scent less pronounced than the shampoo in the same series. Don’t need much amount for my shoulder-length hair. Notice a marked difference when rinsing out the conditioner compared to how the hair feels with shampoo alone. I think the hair feels moisturized. But not enough to feel sufficient without some form of leave-in product before combing. The most important aspect for me regarding this type of product is that the hair doesn’t feel weighed down by it. I experience the hair as very clean! Will try another conditioner to see if I get a continued equivalent result since I think this one is somewhat less moisturizing. But since it doesn’t weigh the hair down, it definitely ranks high on my list. Cleans well and doesn’t require much product.
I have tested this shampoo together with the other products in the series. The shampoo is more runny than I’m used to. Smells good (a lot), but I find that the scent disappears after rinsing it out. Lathers nicely. Doesn’t require much product to use on the scalp. I find that the hair gets clean from this shampoo. The hair doesn’t feel dry from it. I use it together with the other products in the series and can see an improvement regarding scalp well-being since I started using these products, as I’ve been able to go longer between hair washes than before. The hair definitely feels fuller and I also notice increased volume from this series. I haven’t had the same need to add extra volume products. Lasts longer but requires practice
I have tested the pencil for four days in conjunction with my regular makeup routine, and I really think it does the job! The pencil makes it easy to create realistic hair strokes that blend naturally into my own eyebrows. My brows are quite dark and grow a bit unevenly, but the result still looks very natural – the “fake strokes” I drew are hardly visible, but rather give a nice and even finish where there was previously a lack of fullness. It might be a bit too thick for some strokes, but that’s a matter of taste and probably also handling error. Haha! Which is also the reason it doesn’t get a 5 ⭐️ The durability is also absolutely fantastic! Unlike other brow products I’ve tested (especially pencils), this one doesn’t smudge, even if I accidentally touch my brows with my hand during the day. The product really stays where it should, and to remove it requires cleansing or something really moist – a big plus for me. In summary: a durable and natural-looking pencil that gives perfectly defined brows all day. I absolutely recommend it! But I also want to add that it may need some practice to achieve the desired result. Better than the original
I am often on the lookout for waterproof mascaras as I often find that humidity affects how well the mascara holds up. And since I bike to and from work, the humidity is usually higher in the morning, and I always arrive with no mascara left on my eyes. I got to test this mascara through Smartson. I thought it would be interesting since I had previously tried the regular one but wasn't really fond of the brush or the result. So I didn't want to spend money to test the waterproof one. I think the waterproof version gives a better result. It separates my lashes (which the original unfortunately did not do, and I had to use a safety pin to separate the lashes). It definitely gives a nice length and holds very well! I had the mascara on from around 9 AM to 9 PM. Biked (though not early morning and therefore not the same humidity in the air), was outside in warm weather, took a bus that lacked AC. Yes, had a completely normal day with extra sweat and heat. Held really nicely! Perhaps the base didn't hold completely for 12 hours, but definitely a 6-hour period without problems. So based on today's test, I am very satisfied with the mascara and will absolutely buy it again! The product itself + the collaboration
The content, the toiletry bag, and the collaboration definitely deserve more than 5+ stars. Absolutely!! Lyko's online shopping technology only gets negative points. It shouldn't be a matter of chance whose app or site doesn't crash that gets to complete the purchase.
