Glow on the lips!
As a #lykoinflutester, I had the opportunity to try the #lumene lip glow oil balm in the shade 2: juicy. It’s a color that leans towards pink/coral. I’m 44 years old and use everyday makeup quite sparingly. Lip gloss with a bit of color suits my everyday makeup best, so it was exciting to try this! It’s a fairly everyday packaging but it works for the purpose. The color blends with the oil and becomes slightly transparent. There’s no direct color difference when applied, but the lips get a light tint that looks fresher and healthier! Perfect for everyday use. It feels pleasant on and contains nourishing and moisture barrier-protecting ingredients, so it feels caring on the lips. A nice shade of color and a glowing shine on the lips give a perfect start to the day! A bit more color would have been desirable though.1 product in post Glow on the lips!102 views - The post was made 2 weeksRating: 5 out of 5Verifierad testare
Lovely pink cheeks!
As a #lykoinflutester, I got the chance to try a multistick from #Lumene, and I chose the color “Cool pink.” This multistick works for cheeks, eyelids, and lips. I am 44 years old and have combination skin with slight redness on my cheeks. I prefer cream blush because I think it sits nicest on the skin. The packaging is quite neutral and handy. The stick is a good size and blends nicely on the skin when applied. I chose to use it on my cheeks and think it gives a fresh and seasonal blush. It gives just the right amount of color that lasted well throughout the day. I didn’t find it to be “too pink” on my slightly reddened cheeks, but I had also applied a layer of Lumene’s “blur even color longwear foundation” first, and this multistick gave a nice color on the base. I will continue to use this in the summer!1 product in post Lovely pink cheeks!114 views - The post was made 2 weeksRating: 5 out of 5Verifierad testare
A good foundation for everyday use!
As #lykoinflutester, I got to try Lumene blur even cover longwear foundation in the shade 0.5 (light). The bottle has a convenient packaging that doesn’t take up much space (contains 30 ml). It has a coverage of 4/5. I am 44 years old, have combination skin with slight redness on my cheeks. This gave good coverage for everyday use and I didn’t need anything extra underneath to cover the redder areas on my cheeks. The texture is lightly liquid but still with some substance. It was easy to apply with a brush and laid nicely over the whole face. No strange scent or anything disturbing. It held up well throughout the day and is a cost-effective option for an everyday foundation! It’s positive that it contains niacinamide, which is skin-caring. It gives a light glow without being too shiny. I can definitely see myself buying this again! #Lumene1 product in post A good foundation for everyday use!164 views - The post was made 7 monthsRating: 3 out of 5Verifierad testare
Serum for sensitive skin
I am 42 years old and have combination skin with the classic slightly oilier T-zone and drier areas on the cheeks. I easily get redness on my cheeks and therefore need products that both soothe and hydrate. My first impression of this product was curiosity as I was not familiar with this brand before. I was also curious because of the ingredients such as centella Asiatica, ceramides, panthenol, and hyaluronic acid. These are ingredients I recognize and know are suitable for sensitive skin, as they both soothe, repair, and hydrate. Since I am over 40 years old, it is also positive to have a bit of anti-aging effect. No, I am trying the product for the first time, so the feel of the formula is that it is quite “wet.” It takes a little time for the product to sink into the skin. Since it is fragrance-free, I find the scent that is present to be relatively “clinical,” which may not always be so appealing with something you have to expect from a fragrance-free product. After a few weeks of use, I feel that the positive is that I think it feels moisturizing and it feels pleasant on the skin and works under my moisturizer. What I am not as fond of is that it takes time for it to sink into the skin, which makes my skincare routine take a little longer. I also do not see any noticeable effect on reducing redness on the skin, which it states it should be able to contribute to. In summary, I would say that I think this is an okay product, but I probably would not choose to buy it again. #lykoinflutester #purito1 product in post Serum for sensitive skin266 views - The post was made 7 monthsRating: 3 out of 5Verifierad testare
Moisturizing cream for sensitive skin
I am 42 years old and have combination skin. I have the classic oily T-zone and dry areas on my cheeks. In winter, I tend to become drier and therefore need a lot of hydration. My first impression was curiosity as I had not heard of this product before. I was attracted to the fact that it was supposed to be a fragrance-free product that is good for redness and irritation issues. I easily get redness on my cheeks and the dry areas, so it became exciting to try this product. When I read the ingredient list, it was positive to see ingredients like niacinamide, squalane, centella, and panthenol. These are known ingredients for strengthening the skin barrier and also have softening properties. The fact that the product was also supposed to help balance oil production made me think that this could be a product that would suit me well. The product is quite gel-like in the formula and not as creamy as I think a really moisturizing cream should be. The scent is quite “clinical,” I would say, but since it is a fragrance-free product, it easily smells a bit “hospital.” It’s not really that appealing, but something you have to expect with a fragrance-free product. After a few weeks of use, I do feel that it is not moisturizing enough for me, who has problems with dry areas in winter. However, I think this might be a better cream for my skin in the spring/summer, and therefore I am not completely satisfied here in winter. Finally, I can say that if I had tried this at another time of year when I don’t need as much hydration, the likelihood is greater that I would have been more attracted to it. I like the ingredients and I like the feeling, but in winter I need a richer cream for myself. #LYKOINFLUTESTER #PURITO1 product in post Moisturizing cream for sensitive skin279 views - The post was made 10 monthsRating: 5 out of 5Verifierad testare
Autumn-inspired tone for lips and cheeks
I had the honor of being [hashtag] for [hashtag] product ”Clinique pop lip + cheek oil” in the shade ”Black honey”. Clinique's products are recognized by their iconic packaging and also the applicator with the silver part on top. It looks sleek and stylish. I am 43 years old, have combination skin with an oilier T-zone and drier areas on my cheeks. I have light blonde hair and like warmer shades in clothing and makeup. My first reaction to this product was that it looks dark, something I usually don't like so much. When I read about the product, it is an oil-based product that is supposed to provide a transparent coverage with glow. It is a 2-in-1 product for both blush and lips. It contains caring ingredients like jojoba oil and castor oil. That appeals to me! It is also positive that it is allergy-tested and fragrance-free. The applicator is quite small and it felt a bit ”fiddly” when applying it to the cheeks. But when I blended it out, it gave a slightly bronzy touch and a nice glow! I was surprised that it gave a light but nice shade even on the lips! A product I will definitely use in the fall, as I thought it was pretty on both lips and cheeks.1 product in post Autumn-inspired tone for lips and cheeks340 views - The post was made 1 yearsRating: 3 out of 5Verifierad testare
Serum for irritated scalp
I had the pleasure of being an influencer tester for shampoo, conditioner, and serum from Grazette in the "XL scalp" series. It became an exciting task for me to test this serum since I have atopic skin and often have issues with irritated and itchy scalp. According to the description, this is supposed to be a serum that helps relieve irritation, is soothing, and helps the scalp create moisture balance. It is a sleek bottle with a narrow top that you screw on to open it. It can be applied to both wet and dry hair. After application, I feel that it becomes calmer in the scalp, it "cools" almost a little. The hair doesn't feel greasy afterward, which feels so important! I have used the product after hair washing and in the evenings for a few weeks now and feel that I get relief from it. The relief lasts a couple of hours, so you may need to apply 1-3 times daily for effect. The scent is light with a touch of mint/citrus (as I perceive it). It is transparent and a bit viscous (not completely runny). I will definitely use up the bottle as I am satisfied with the immediate result, even though I might have wished for a product with more long-lasting relief. Balm that moisturizes and detangles🌟
I had the pleasure of being an influencer for shampoo, balm, and serum from Grazette in the "DXL scalp" series. I previously tried their silver balm, which I was very satisfied with! It became an exciting task for me to test this balm as I have atopic skin and easily get an irritated and itchy scalp. According to the description, this is supposed to be a balm that promotes scalp health and is moisturizing. It should be caring without weighing down - that feels important to me! I am 42 years old and have medium-length Scandinavian hair with fine hair strands, so neither the shampoo nor the balm I use can be weighing. The bottle is sturdy and has a sleek design. The price is good and fits most, so a good alternative to a balm for special needs. The scent reminds me of citrus and mint, a bit towards the SPA side. The texture is fatty and creamy, white in color. The balm feels soft and creamy and moisturizes well, and I don't think it weighs my hair down. Plus for that! My hair is easy to detangle after washing, and it leaves a fresh scent that feels clean. I am satisfied after a few washes and will use up the bottle; if it continues to feel good, it will be a new purchase! Shampoo for sensitive scalp!
I had the pleasure of being an influencer tester for shampoo, conditioner, and serum from Grazette in the "DXL scalp" series. I previously tried their silver shampoo, which I was very satisfied with! It became an exciting task for me to test this shampoo, as I have a dry scalp that easily itches. According to the description, this is supposed to be a mild and moisturizing shampoo for the scalp. It should also soothe irritation and combat dandruff and flaking. I am 42 years old and have medium-length Scandinavian hair with fine strands. I have atopic skin, so I easily get an itchy scalp, especially in colder weather and weather changes. The bottle is sturdy and has a sleek design. The price is good and fits most, so a good alternative for a shampoo for special needs. The scent reminds me a bit of citrus and mint, a bit like a SPA. The texture is quite thick and transparent with a slight yellowish tone. Lathers well in the hair! The hair feels clean, not weighed down, which is a big plus! I experience some relief in the scalp after washing, and the itching decreases; I would probably need to test it over a longer period to fully determine the result. I do not have problems with dandruff or flaking, so I cannot evaluate that. I will definitely use up the whole bottle, and if it continues to feel good, it will be a new purchase! A lovely cleansing🌟
I had the honor of being an influencer tester for Lyko for products from ACO. One of the products was this cleansing mousse. It’s a light mousse that contains salicylic acid (BHA), which both cleanses and provides a light exfoliation. It can also be used as a peeling 1-2 times a week with other instructions. The product is easy to foam up and apply to the face, it’s not fragrance-free, but the scent is light and fresh. I find that it removes makeup well without stinging my eyes, which I think is important! The packaging is sturdy and should last a while (I haven’t used it up yet). My skin is slightly dry and sensitive, I feel that it doesn’t dry out my skin and I feel clean after use. After a few weeks of use, I can therefore evaluate that: - The scent is fresh - It cleans well - It doesn’t sting my eyes - It doesn’t dry out the skin I can imagine buying this again! #LYKOINFLUTESTER #ACO1 product in post A lovely cleansing🌟279 views
