      Hi Christine We do not recommend using La Roche-Posay Mela B3 10 Serum 30 ml while you are on Isotretinoin. The product contains both a form of retinol and salicylic acid, which are both active ingredients. When you are being treated with Isotretinoin, you should avoid skincare products with active ingredients, as your skin is/becomes more sensitive and delicate as a result of the treatment.
