This is clearly a substandard product that attempts to pass itself off as a high-quality knockoff of a well-known brand. I complained about the excessive noise this product makes, to which customer support replied that they use it themselves and it sounds normal. Returns are not possible because the product has been opened and tested (I wonder how else I could have found out about the noise?). This is not the first hair care product I have tried, and my ears hurt after the sound of the dryer for the first time. I’m sure that my hearing health is not worth it — I do not recommend it, despite the attractive price 👎
