Works but stinks
Got this for my boyfriend since his hands dry during winters. The tube is large and losts a year or so, it conditions your skin so well! I also use it to massage my fingernails as it somehow leaves a shine and you don’t get those annoying stray skin splits around the fingernails. It is all great but the smell! I can’t tolerate it. It smells like blue cheese. If you are okay with smelling like blue cheese, then I recommend. Soft skin and no irritation!
I heard it is a new product and I needed some peeling solution in my skin routine. It is gentle, smells like peach (at least what I think it is) and overall feels great. Not sure if I can do that but since it is a no-wash-off product, I let it sit, dry, then applied my moisturised. Great for the value and amount!
I need to keep my skin moisturised and I tried various versions of this product. But I bought the aloe vera one the second time now. I think it is because it is lighter in texture compared to, for example, the thick cocoa butter one. It is light and moisturising. It can smell very strong if you are sensitive to fragrances, then I recommend maybe their avocado or wheat version. This product has different textures and effects so it is recommended to check first. I wish Lyko had the other versions in stock such as the watermelon gel one! I have combination skin and I have tried various products that either left my skin too greasy (did not wash it at all somehow), dried my skin too much (fairly common), did not wash the make up at all. I bought this face wash and it was great! It keeps my skin moisturised and refreshed while actually washing it off. Prepare gloves
Stains… stains everywhere! Avoid colour or white clothes the first few washes because, just like any dyed hair, it will be all over the place. Also prepare gloves!
