Used this for the first time yesterday and followed the instructions on the packaging. But I think my hair got so tangled and feels so damaged from using it. It didn’t get nearly as soft as with conditioner and a lot of hair came out when I tried to comb through it. It doesn’t provide the same slip and softness as a regular conditioner, so hair may feel more tangled and less soft at first, especially if you usually use conditioner. The manufacturer recommends not conditioning before, but you can apply a little conditioner to the ends after the four minutes if the hair feels tangled. ✨
