    I made 2 orders30:ejuli 2025 and paid extra for fast shipping to get it on August 5th since I am traveling on August 7th, but we are on the 5th and should have received my. order today but haven't even gotten an email that it has been shipped... and I haven't heard anything since I got the order confirmation for those two orders, it's impossible to reach you either. neither when calling nor via chat. in chat, you can't talk to a person, it's just a robot that gives genetic answers. same thing when emailing
