I tested this twice, followed the instructions to the letter, and watched tutorials. It was easy to use, and the eyebrows shaped nicely during the process. Unfortunately, there was zero hold left in the brows when the product was supposed to be wiped away, so this was wasted money. The skin behind the eyebrows also became red and sore.
