Hey! I recently started using hyaluronic acid, and everyone says the face needs to be damp when applying it. Is it okay to use this toner right after cleansing and then apply the hyaluronic acid pretty quickly while the toner hasn't dried yet? Or does the toner need to dry before the next step in the skincare routine? It’s actually optimal since hyaluronic acid binds moisture better on damp skin. So lovely that you’ve also found one from Torriden that you like.
