The comment was made 1 dayHi Ellen! 👋🏼😊 When the hair is uneven and patchy, unfortunately a toner will also settle unevenly because it can’t even out differences in lightness at the base 🤗 To get a nice and even result, you therefore need to first even out the base – either by applying a color that matches the darkest patch, or by lightening the areas that are darker. When the base is even, you can then use a toner to get exactly the shade you want and a really nice overall result 🤍 Have a great day ☀️
