Can this be used with Vitamin C and Niacinamide?
Hi. Can this be used together with The Body Shop's Vitamin C glow boosting moisturizer? And Beauty of Joseon's glow serum: propolis and niacinamide? I've struggled to find skincare that works well under makeup. I used The Body Shop's Vitamin C line before and thought it worked well, so I'm thinking of going back to the moisturizer again. But I really like the serum from Beauty of Joseon. I've heard a lot of good things about the propolis line from Cosrx, so I'm considering trying it.
