    Disappointed

    Lyko's seller recommended the product in the shade Ash to remove yellow tones from my newly highlighted blonde hair. There was no difference at all even though it was on for 20 minutes. So disappointed and irritated. Why should I use gloves when the product barely seems to have any pigment in it?
