      Hey Em! 😊 The Essence Meta Glow Duo-Chrome Eye Pencil 03 Galactic Chrome is a really nice pencil with a duo-chrome effect, but it’s not specifically formulated to stay on the waterline. Usually, eyeliners made for the waterline are more water-resistant and have a special formulation that helps them hold better there 💌 This pencil works best on the eyelid or along the outer edge of the eye to give a nice glow and color. If you want to use it on the waterline, it might not hold as well, and you may need to use a primer or a special waterline pencil for the best longevity. Take care! 🤍
