I have thick and curly hair. Unfortunately, I am very dissatisfied with this hair dryer. It does not work well at all. The cool air function does not blow cold air, it gives no shape to the hair and removes the hair's natural shine. For me, it has not been helpful at all. I previously used a hair dryer from Gama that broke, and that's why I bought this one. Now I really regret that I didn't buy the same brand again. The cool air function doesn't provide super cold air, but it should definitely be cooler air.
