Great content! I like that it has such a clear focus on self-care. Several products that are suitable to take on trips/to the gym, which is super great! The only product I'm not really satisfied with is the scalp scrub. It doesn't quite suit me.

I have, after about 30-40 years with thin hair and massive hair loss, now, around 50, gotten normal hair. A hairdresser once asked if I had burned my hair, so it was obvious that I had lost so much in a short period. I felt like an animal, switching between summer and winter coats, kind of. What I mainly have done is start with yoga and now meditation. I have dry and curly hair, so I wash it when needed, which is usually every 14 days now in winter, more often in summer. I only put shampoo on the scalp and start with a mask on the lengths. I finish with conditioner.
