    Broken Foreo

    I am disappointed. I have often bought your Lyko Lovables and was satisfied until now. I received a broken Foreo (and that was the main reason for the purchase) the cable does not charge, it won't go all the way in. There is clearly something damaged. Big disappointment 😢

      The cable doesn't actually go all the way into the device, but it charges (the light blinks). Just a tip for others so they don't start complaining unnecessarily. It might also be that many try to force it deeper and damage the device.
