Question
Hi❤️ I have very sensitive skin, it can get red and reacts much easier and therefore doesn't tolerate active products like niacinamide. Right now I'm using La Roche-Posay Dermallergo cream. I want to try another one that has SPF so you get everything in one product. I'm a little scared to buy it since it's so expensive and might not work for me. Can you get something like that for testing in some way? Is there a possibility? Unfortunately, this is only sold online. Moisturizing Body Cream
Hi! I'm looking for a moisturizing body cream after epilating that also cares for and soothes the skin. I've previously used products with hyaluronic acid from pure & care, but unfortunately, they are no longer sold. It always calmed my skin after shaving & epilating when I got red bumps. Thanks in advance. All the best1 product in post Moisturizing Body Cream232 views- The user's roll: Farmaceut på Lyko. The comment was made 1 weekHi Farah😊 Thank you for your question! ✨ CeraVe Daily Moisturizing Lotion is a very mild and moisturizing body lotion that works well after epilation or shaving. It contains ceramides and hyaluronic acid that help restore the skin's moisture barrier and keep the skin soft without irritating. It is oil-free, fragrance-free, and dermatologist-tested, making it particularly good for sensitive skin that easily becomes red or irritated after hair removal. Many find that it soothes and softens the skin after epilation — exactly what you describe liking about your previous hyaluronic acid products. 💧 Tip: Apply directly after showering or after epilation/shaving on slightly damp skin for best effect. Hope the answer can be helpful and that you have a lovely day💫

I've been using this great thing now and can't live without it. I really recommend!!! It makes the skin more radiant and looks fresh. Is this good for sensitive skin? I'm afraid to try it and break out1 product in post Question961 views- The user's roll: Customer service at Lyko. The comment was made 2 monthsHey Farah 👋 This is really great for sensitive skin and is super good if you have skin that tends to be a bit on the drier side 🤍 There is also a gel cream if you have more oily skin. lyko.com/sv/isntree/isntree-hyaluronic-acid-aqua-gel-cream-100-ml Take care!1 likes

Question
Hi. Should I avoid the product if my skin reacts to many active ingredients? It’s mild, so it might not cause a reaction, but maybe it’s not good for my skin if it’s sensitive. Thanks in advance :)1 product in post Question1424 views- The user's roll: Customer service at Lyko. The comment was made 3 monthsHi Farah! The simple answer is: yes, you should refrain if your skin is very sensitive. But at the same time, this is tailored for sensitive skin. So if you try it, do it on a small area first to see any reaction. Have a nice day 💫

Question
Hey🫶I have gone from using this product to 2 times over different periods to stopping using it, it has worked well as I have gotten better skin, less visible pores, etc. but then after days of use my cheeks turn red and stay that way for several days and my skin gets thicker, it has happened 2 times that's why I stopped using it but went back because I think it has made my skin nicer. It's just a shame that my skin turns red, what could it be due to? Sensitivity in the cheeks because of? What can I do to avoid it but still use it? Maybe use another cream with it then it could be strong or should I not mix products with it Thanks in advance for the reply🩷1 product in post Question2372 views- The comment was made 5 monthsThe redness may be due to the fact that it contains LHA, a milder variant of BHA. It is an acid and can be a lot for sensitive skin to handle every day. My tip is not to use it morning and night. Maybe just use it once a day, or even every other day.2 likes

Lines/dark circles under the eyes
Hi, I am 21 years old and feel like I have visible wrinkles under my eyes and dark circles, it's a mix of genetics but also poor sleep, etc. I would really like to buy a product that can help a little at least so I look less tired. I have sensitive skin, could it be something for me? Should I maybe try something else that you can recommend? 🩷 I've heard a lot about retinol/retinal, etc. but maybe it makes my skin worse. Thanks in advance 🩷1 product in post Lines/dark circles under the eyes953 views- The user's roll: Skin therapist at Lyko. The comment was made 7 monthsHi Farah, These can definitely be a good complement to get moisture and boost the area around the eyes. Feel free to put them in the fridge for a cooling effect. For dark circles, you can check out products that contain caffeine, e.g. The Inkey List Caffeine Eye Cream: lyko.com/sv/the-inkey-list/the-inkey-list-caffeine-eye-cream-15-ml Retinol is good for lines, but since you are sensitive, a long acclimatization is needed, otherwise bakuchiol can also be a good idea. It is a natural form of retinol that is better for sensitive skin. So I can recommend this: lyko.com/sv/haruharu-wonder/haruharu-wonder-black-rice-bakuchiol-eye-cream-20ml?fromsearch=Haruharu%2BBlack%2BRice%2Bbakuchiol Wishing you a nice day! 🌺1 likes

Reaction
Hi, I think I’ve had a reaction on my face from this one because I accidentally applied it over another cream I had under my eyes, and Effaclar has active ingredients. I’ve been red and bumpy there for a few days now, should I maybe do something to get rid of it, perhaps use a recommended cream? Thanks in advance 🩷1 product in post Reaction2483 views- The user's roll: Customer service at Lyko. The comment was made 10 monthsHey Farah! 😊 It really sounds like your skin is trying to speak up a bit. Effaclar contains active ingredients that can be a bit too much, especially in the sensitive area around the eyes, where the skin is thinner and more susceptible. My best tip right now is to completely pause that product until your skin calms down. Instead, focus on something gentle, moisturizing, and soothing – preferably without fragrance or active ingredients. A kind classic that often works great in such situations is La Roche-Posay Cicaplast Balm B5+ 40 ml. It helps to repair and strengthen the skin barrier 🤍 Also keep the area clean, avoid makeup there for now, and be sure to protect with SPF if you’re outside 🌤️ If it hasn’t improved in a few days, or if it gets worse, we recommend contacting healthcare for a proper assessment. We’re keeping our fingers crossed that your skin calms down quickly! Take care! 💛1 likes

Question
Hi, I have one at home and use it for my skin as I have pimples and pores, and something like this is supposed to help. I wonder if I should use something after it or if it's enough with just that? I use Clinsoothe Skin Purifier beforehand, but both have active ingredients. Should I avoid mixing the two in that case? Thanks in advance 🤍1 product in post Question3214 views- The user's roll: Customer service at Lyko. The comment was made 11 monthsHey Farah 😊👋 I understand, so I think this one is a little too strong for you. I recommend you try this one that is specially developed for sensitive and reactive skin. The Toleriane Dermallergo series could be a good alternative if you need something soothing 😊👇 lyko.com/sv/la-roche-posay/la-roche-posay-toleriane-ultra-dermallergo-serum-20-ml Good luck 💗

Question 🥲
Hi. I made a mistake and used it all over my face. My cheeks are red and they won't go away. Should I avoid makeup? I have different products at home, cetaphil, la Roche posay toleriane, la Roche posay effaclar (k) and vichy 89 moisturizer. Should I avoid them because they have active ingredients?😢 thanks in advance1 product in post Question 🥲3396 views- The user's roll: Farmaceut på Lyko. The comment was made 1 yearsHey Farah✨ I understand, and this cleanser can be too drying and irritating for certain skin types. I recommend that you only use gentle and soothing products like LRP Toleriane, which you have at home, it's a good alternative. You can wait with the other products. Use as little as possible on your skin to let it rest and recover. If you have caring and fragrance-free makeup, it's fine to use it depending on what you prefer, but I also recommend a sunscreen during the day🙏🏼🌞 Give it a few days, and hopefully, it feels better soon. Wishing you a lovely day🤍3 likes
