It can be a bit tricky before you find the right technique. You’ve probably tried, but maybe it can help to try a different folding method and place it a little higher or lower while relaxing your pelvic floor. Once it’s in, release your grip and twist/rotate or wiggle the cup, feel around the rim and press lightly against the vaginal wall if you feel a dent 🌸
I see some others have written that it usually resolves if you walk around a bit, then it unfolds. Hope this helps you get it to work 💕 or that you have another one from before that you think works better.
