Good but sensitive to water
I really liked this eyeliner! Especially because I can apply it before curling my lashes without it moving, which wasn’t possible with my previous eyeliner as it smudged and ended up on the lash curler instead. Sharp, nice color and matte, which I really like. But it is incredibly sensitive to water, so a small tear or watery eyes are enough for it to smudge and you get black around your eyes. Too bad because otherwise it’s so nice!1 product in post Good but sensitive to water310 views
