Error with the product?
The tube I received in my latest order is completely runny in consistency, is it really supposed to be like this or did I get a Monday product? It feels a bit strange to dose "a pea-sized amount" of sauce..1 product in post Error with the product?23 views- Former employee6 monthsHey Frida! 👋🏻☺️ Nuud's deodorant usually has a firmer consistency, so if yours feels runny, it could be a batch variation or something that happened during transport. A tip is to shake the tube and gently knead it before use. If the consistency still feels off, it might be a good idea to register a complaint on "my pages" and the complaints department will get in touch soon 🩷 Take care! ✨🌞
