    Doesn't work

    Bought it as a Christmas gift for myself. The fan sounds nice but no air comes out. It ended up being like a regular flat iron. I didn't bother to complain, watched the video, and thought it was a scam. Now I'm wondering if I got a defective unit! Shouldn't it blow a little so that a hair strand moves? Curls hard and holds long, but nothing happens. Experience? Tips? Best regards, Anna
