Wait a bit – I actually let it sit for more than five minutes just to test, and wondered if the problem was on my end 😅, but all it did was soften the hair about as much as regular water would have. 👎🏼👎🏼😕 I found a date on it that looks like an expiration date, and it expires in three weeks; if that really is the expiration date, maybe that's why it's so ineffective. I just wish this was stated somewhere when I bought it – then at least I wouldn't have ordered a whole stock of a useless product. 🤔🤯
