    Easy to drink and good effect

    Bought this a few months ago when it was midsummer and I was training. I experienced feeling easily drained of energy and quickly becoming dehydrated, etc. Got a tip from a friend to take electrolytes to get good salts and other substances. Then I read a lot about creatine being good for recovery, both during training and in general. Found this product that contains both components, which I think is convenient. Have been drinking this every day for about a month and must say I feel a big difference. Recovery is faster and I have more energy. Definitely worth a purchase.     No noticeable effect

    Read a lot of good things about this since it was supposed to "give beauty from the inside out" etc... But nah, I'm not that impressed, have been taking it for a few months and notice absolutely no difference. Maybe I don't have mature enough skin for this to have an effect. But I would say this is a waste of money. The product is cruelty free though, which is a big plus✨ #lykocommunity #kosttillskott #crueltyfree
