    This perfume was completely missing from the package, despite the fact that I paid for it. I have tried to contact customer service several times without a response, and am therefore leaving this review in hopes that Lyko will respond to me here.

    The perfume arrived completely shattered, both the packaging and the bottle were damaged. The package had holes and was wet upon delivery. I have sent a complaint and am still waiting for a response from customer service, and therefore hope that Lyko can reach out here.
