📌 Go to MY PAGES
📌 Select Order History and click on the order number of the item you want to return
📌 Click on the RETURN icon and fill in the quantity reason
📌 Do you want a return slip as a letter? Write it in the comment field, and we'll take care of it for you!
📌 Feel free to attach a picture or video that clearly shows the problem
📌 Press SEND – and you will receive the return slip via email (check the spam folder too, just to be safe!)
