How can this have won an award? It is really not good. Too much mascara goes on and it clumps. I have to go over it with another brush afterwards as it just sticks together: Very disappointed.

What you’re experiencing with this mascara is due to it containing volume-building fibers, which can settle closely on the brush. This can feel like “clumps,” but it’s completely normal for this type of mascara and not a sign of a product defect. The fibers are there to provide extra volume and length 🖤
For a smoother result, it can help to wipe off a bit of product on the edge of the tube before applying and to work in thin layers. If you see a little “lo,” this is usually the fibers – they smooth out nicely by combing through the lashes with a clean brush between layers ✨
That said, we fully understand that this may not be for everyone, especially if you’re used to more traditional mascaras. Tastes and preferences vary, and that’s totally fine 💕
