    The description says to wash the hair with a deep cleansing shampoo, my question is whether you need to wash with deep cleansing shampoo before the first use of K18 or before every subsequent time you use the machine?

      Hi Janeta! 👋🏼😊 You need to use a deep cleansing shampoo before the first use of K18 to remove buildup and product residue so the mask can work optimally. After that, regular shampoo is enough for future uses, so you don’t need to deep cleanse every time 🥰 K18 is used on clean, towel-dried hair after shampooing and should not be combined with conditioner or other products before application 👌🏼 Have a nice day 🦋

    Not as expected

    I bought this product with high expectations because it promises straight and shiny hair. I have naturally curly, dry, and frizzy hair, and I followed the instructions carefully. Sure, the hair became straighter, but it was still very dry and frizzy, and I unfortunately experienced no shine at all. The result was therefore not as nice as I had hoped for. I wonder if the product can be combined with some moisturizing or shine-giving product, as it doesn't work for my hair to use it alone even though it is recommended in the instructions. Can you recommend any products?

      Hi Janeta, Retinol 0.5 and AHA Power Liquid can be too powerful to use together, so I recommend using them in different routines. One suggestion is to use Power Liquid 2-3 times a week in the evening, on the remaining evenings you can use Retinol 0.5. In the morning, you use Hyaluronic acid. Wishing you a nice day! 🌺
