Doesn't deliver what it promises
I usually color my eyebrows with depend. Sometimes I use Urban Decay which lasts for several days.  I saw this product and got curious. I don't really get the point? It disappears immediately after wiping it off. Nothing stays behind. I even tried waiting overnight before wiping, but everything just disappeared. Hi! Which bleach should I buy if I want the one that gives the most effect in the shortest time? I usually bleach my hair three times to make sure the hair stays on my head. Therefore, I tested three different products this weekend. I found that they had extremely poor effect and I had to leave the product in my hair for a very long time. On the lengths, hardly anything happened, it was only where the heat came from my scalp that the hair bleached, even though I had drenched the lengths in the product. I now need to go to work and therefore have to put toning in my orange hair. Which means I have to wash my hair at least twice before I can do the next bleaching to get the result I want. Mood 107  and before that, Depends strongest agent are the ones I'm used to – which product is closest to these? Now that none of these are on the market anymore.
