The shampoo and conditioner were much thicker in consistency than I'm used to, which made it a bit harder to distribute throughout the entire scalp. Despite that, they worked very well, especially the conditioner which I really liked. When I used them together with the leave-in product, my hair became extremely soft and manageable. My hair is colored several times, but it hasn't felt this soft in a long time. The only downside was that my curls didn't hold as well because the hair became so soft.
