    Made my hair green

Wasn't particularly light before and thought I'd freshen it up with 5/07 Light Natural Brunette Brown, but the ends turned green!! Even greener than in the picture [emoji]

Hey! 👋🏼 Thank you for taking the time to review the product! 🩷 The reason the ends turned green is that they are too light and more porous for this particular shade. In the picture, it looks like you have previously bleached highlights. The color you used, 5/07 Light Natural Brunette Brown, is designed to be applied to a lightness level 5 – so quite dark hair. When used on a lighter base (level 7–9), the cool pigments in the color, especially the ashy/greenish tones, can show through more clearly. That’s why the ends have taken on a green tone; your hair was simply too light for this shade. Since this is a semi-permanent color that sits on the hair strand, you can try washing out the color pigments with a deep cleansing shampoo. Malibu C Un-Do-Goo is an effective option 👉🏼 lyko.com/sv/malibu-c/malibu-c-un-do-gooshampoo-266ml Feel free to wash your hair several times and massage gently, especially where the color went wrong. Let the shampoo sit for about 10 minutes before rinsing out 💦 Since it cleans deeply, your hair may feel a bit rough afterward, so be sure to follow up with a nourishing mask 🤍 Feel free to reach out if you want tips on how to get the right shade next time! ✨
