    Don't understand the hype

    Got this as a gift and was so excited after all the good things everyone has said about it. But I don't like it at all. It doesn't fully dry down and feels sticky and rough on the skin, and I don't feel particularly hydrated in my face. Sooooo disappointed. I'm used to dr Ceuracles toner which gives a completely different feeling. 😩
