      Hey Jina! ☺️ If you have mild dandruff, you can use the shampoo a few times a week until the symptoms subside. Once the dandruff has decreased, you can switch to a regular shampoo to keep your scalp healthy. For more persistent or severe dandruff, it may be good to use the dandruff shampoo regularly for up to 4-6 weeks. After that, you can start to reduce usage to 1-2 times a week. Take care! 🩷
