Hi! My daughter had a flat iron that broke. (She doesn’t have a receipt since she got it as a gift, so she asked me to check if I could find the problem) The most likely issue is something wrong with the 360-degree cord connection, so I removed it. However, the colors on the wires are different, so I’m wondering if you can tell me which cables should be connected.
