A perfect lip plumper to wear over lipstick or lip liner. The glitter was definitely there, I thought, and the shine was very nice. Overall a good product, curls and gives your lashes volume and does what it says it will. Mine dried out after about 10 months, totally okay. Good product for your money, but I won't buy it again since Maybelline tests on animals, so as long as that is the case, there will be no purchase.
