      Hey Julia When I read on The Humble Co.'s own website, they inform that all their toothpastes contain fluoride to reduce wear on the enamel and make the teeth resistant So my recommendation to you is to use the toothpaste according to the instructions for this one, and if you feel unsure, contact your dentist to know if this should be suitable for you
