I bought two of this product, only received one. Customer service was quick to send me a new product - though to a pickup box on their initiative. Unfortunately, it took me five hours to get the package when it arrived, and the item was then frozen. As I see it, I paid double the price for one bottle of serum - since Lyko takes no responsibility for this mess.1 product in post Missing item88 views- The user's roll: Farmaceut på Lyko.
