I checked and found that when you use Refectocil Eyelash & Eyebrow Tint 1 Pure Black, the color should develop on-site for about 10 minutes for both lashes and eyebrows before you remove it with water and cotton pads. For brows, the time can be 5–10 minutes depending on how intense you want the color – longer time gives a darker result.
✨ Tip: If you have previously used bleach or lash lift, the processing time may need to be shortened a bit to avoid too dark a result.
