New foundation tested!
Got a Clarins Tinted Oleo Serum (02) from my mom since she didn’t like the formula. So I had to try it! As the first three pictures show, it turned out a bit too orange on me, who has a cool undertone! So I had to try to save the makeup with a pink setting powder. However, I don’t have any pictures right after that correction. Pictures 4-6 show how it looks now in the evening. The red nose is only visible because I’ve had annoying allergy issues today🤧. Otherwise, I think the face looks good! But the conclusion for the Clarins serum is that it will probably be used later this summer when I’ve gotten more color. All-day makeup
First post and sharing here. It fits now, as I finally feel comfortable with myself. And also a makeup that I feel suits me! This was this afternoon, when I took off my makeup after a full day of work. The makeup that was to be removed was: • Power grip primer (E.L.F.) Had problems with my makeup not staying on during the day. So I've been using this for a while now and I think it helps a lot. • True match super-blendable foundation (L'Oréal) 1N Finally a foundation I've found that suits my skin. Both in shade and formulation. • The bronzing powder (Isadora) 48 Matte Tan Fits now as I am very fair. - Rouge • Under eye brightener. Instant awake (Catrice) 010 Light rose Second time I've used it and I'm super happy. Got up at 5 am today and this minimized my dark circles. • Silky blur. Hydrating longwear concealer (Essence) 08 Brightens just right for my current shade and I like that it doesn't settle into my (fine) lines. • Mini bake & set. Setting powder (Morphe) Brightening pink Gives that last push to brighten and set the concealer in place under the eyes. - Highlighter • Express brow (Maybelline) Ash brown. Does what it should and I like the pencil with a small precise tip combined with the eyebrow brush. • I ♡ extreme. Crazy volume mascara (Essence) Cozy brown Was skeptical about the MEGA brush at first. But now that I've used it a few times, I like it. It really stays put and gives ME beautiful and long-lasting lashes. Mascaras are such an individual product, so my tip is to try and see what suits you and what you like. • Continuous setting mist (Morphe) I really like this mist! It has made sure my makeup stayed on for more than 10 hours. Love it! Picture 1 shows how the makeup looked after work. Picture 2 is at the same time, but taken from the front when half the makeup is gone. Picture 3 shows how my own skin looks, with all the redness and blemishes.
