    Doesn't clean very well

    I use this shampoo and mask once a week as recommended by Abbey Yung. I've used it for too short a time to comment on the bonding effect, but unfortunately, I think the shampoo cleans very poorly, which means I need to use a clarifying shampoo before this. This unfortunately brings down the rating.

    Good product - bad bottle

    I like the product but the spray bottle sprays a hard and straight stream which makes it difficult to effectively apply the product over the entire hair. This type of product requires a wide and light spray effect. The bottle significantly lowers the rating and makes it questionable whether I will continue to buy the product.
