    Like water?

    Bought duo shampoo and conditioner but the conditioner is like water in consistency, tried shaking it but with the same result. Is it really supposed to be like this? Hard to dose when it just runs.

Go to lyko.com/en or use our app and follow the steps below to file a complaint about your products with us 1.Log in to your account 2.Click on the icon MY PAGES 3.Then select Order history (lyko.com/en/my-pages/order-history) 4.Click on the current order number for the items you want to complain about 5.Click on the icon FILE A COMPLAINT 6.Fill in the quantity and reason for the complaint in the text box under the selected product 7.Select from the dropdown how you want to be compensated for an approved complaint 8.Confirm by clicking SEND Take care!
