    New formula doesn't cover gray hair

    I have now tried the new formula in different shades and attempted to mix to a desired shade, but unfortunately, I can confirm that it no longer works on gray hair. The color also washes out. The formula gets so thick that it no longer covers a whole head of hair, you can't get all the formula out of the bottle. The shade is also not like it used to be. I have used and been fully satisfied with Loreal Excellence for decades, but now I am forced to switch to a competitor. What a shame.
