A question: Shouldn't you brush your teeth or rinse your mouth after having the bleaching on your teeth?
Usually, you brush your teeth and then brush them again after about 10-30 minutes.

After you’ve applied the gel, you don’t need to brush your teeth or rinse. The gel works throughout the day and gradually disappears by itself 🤗
