Is this foundation water- or silicone-based? Could you recommend a primer and a setting spray with the same formula? Sorry, but I just have to point out that the silicones come as the second and third ingredient, not "further down the list". Therefore, it contains a lot of silicones. One is water-soluble, but still :)
