    Good balm, terribly packaged package

    The makeup remover balm is very good, this is already my second package and the version with the Moomins is absolutely adorable. I only have one complaint about the shipping - two small products were sent in a definitely too large box, plus without any protection in the form of foil/paper/beans completely loose. Fortunately, nothing broke during delivery, but in my opinion, such packaging of the shipment is unacceptable.

      Yes, such packaging of products in packages is recognizable.. unfortunately, I also get this in every order. The products are loose without anything around them, which means that something could potentially break… and that products unfortunately sometimes are missing from the package..
